Privacy Policy


1.     Objective and responsible entity

1.1.This privacy statement explains the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of data within the platform “”, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”.

1.2.Provider of the Platform and data protection law responsible entity is the Natteria GmbH, Friedrichstr. 95, 10117 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the “Offeror”).

1.3.The following provisions on data protection apply to users who are natural persons as well as applications for information sent by e-mail.


2.     Basic information on data processing

2.1. The Offeror collects, processes and uses personal data of the users only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. It means that the data of the users is only used in the presence of a statutory license or availability of a permission.

2.2. Use of the Platform is usually possible without indication of personal data.

2.3. In no event will the Offeror transfer to third parties users' personal data for advertising or marketing purposes or any other unauthorized purposes. The data of the user will only be forwarded to third parties if this is legitimate or a user has consented to the transfer. This is for example the case if the forwarding of the data that contractual obligations towards the user is used or if the data by competent authorities such as law enforcement authorities is requested.

2.4. The Offeror meets organizational, contractual and technological security actions to ensure that the provisions of the data protection laws are observed and thus the data managed by the Offeror is protected against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.

2.5. When you contact the Offeror (via the contact form or via e-mail) the information provided by the user is saved for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

2.6. However, each user should be aware that in particular an absolute control of access to publicly visible data is not possible.


3.     Newsletter

3.1. E-mails with promotional information about the Platform, the Offeror and its services as well as shopping tips and news will be sent only with explicit consent of the users. Users can object to receive the newsletters at any time. One of objection is, inter alia, to disable the newsletters reception in each e-mail.

3.2. During the registration, the Offeror stores the IP address of the user. The Offeror is required by law to monitor this in order to verify proper registration.


4.     Collection of access data

4.1. The Offeror collects data on each access to the Platform (so called server log files). To access data belongs name of the visited web page, file, date and time of the visit, amount of data transferred, notification of successful visit, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

4.2. The Offeror uses the log data without assignment to the person of the user or other profiling according to the legal provisions only for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization of the offer. However, the Offeror reserves the right to log later data to check if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use based on specific indicators.


5.     Cookies

5.1. The Offeror sets in the context of the Platform “cookies”. Cookies are small files that allow us to access the device, the user (PC, smart phone, etc.) to store specific to the user related information during s/he uses the Platform.

5.2. So -called “session cookies” are used for the identification of the users during the duration of their visits. After the end of the session “session cookies” expire automatically.

5.3. The permanent cookies also help the Offeror to identify statistical data for use of the Platform, assess the behavior of users on the Platform, to increase security, as well as to optimize the Platform and the services offered in a comfortable, efficient and interesting way. This detection is anonymous or pseudonymous, which means that the data is stored without assignment to a particular user.

The Offeror strives that the Platform is designed the way that the use of cookies is not absolutely necessary. However, it should be noted that the use and especially the ease of use without cookies is restricted.


6.     Google Analytics and Google AdWords

6.1. The Offeror uses Google AdWords and Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses “cookies”, text files which are stored on users' computers and allow an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about use of the website by the users are usually transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.

6.2. In the case of activation of the IP anonymization on this website, the IP address of users is truncated by Google within the member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the complete IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP-anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the Offeror Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the site by users, compiling reports on website activity and providing other with website and Internet related services to the website operator.

6.3. Users’ transmitted IP addresses will not be merged with other data held by Google. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browsers; the Offeror indicates that in such case the Platform might not be usable to full extent. The users can prevent additionally the collection of data generated by cookies about their use of the Platform (including IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plugin from this link:


7.     Google AdSense

7.1. The Platform uses Google AdSense, a service for including advertisements from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google AdSense uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on the user's computer and they allow to analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense uses so called web beacons (invisible images). Through this web beacons, information such as the visitor traffic can be evaluated on the pages of the offer.

7.2. The information generated by cookies and web beacons on this website (including the IP address of the user) and delivery of advertising formats to be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information can be passed from Google to contractors of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by you.

7.3. Users may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in their browsers; the Offeror indicates that in such case the Platform might not be usable to full extent. By using the Platform, users agree to the processing of data about them by Google in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose.


8.     Use of Facebook Social Plugins

8.1. The Offeror uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by the social network, operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white " f" on a blue background or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition” Facebook Social Plugin”. 8.2. When users request a page of the Platform that contains a social plugin, the browser builds a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transferred from Facebook directly to users’ browser which embeds the latter into the website. The Offeror therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Facebook stores with the help of this plugin, and informs the users therefore according to the state of knowledge: The embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to user’s Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example, comment or use the Like button, the corresponding information is transmitted from their browsers directly to Facebook and is stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is in spite of that a possibility that Facebook inquires anyway users’ IP address and stores it. According to Facebook only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany. 8.3. If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him via this Platform and link it to his already stored member data by Facebook, he must log out of Facebook before visiting this Platform and delete appropriate Facebook cookies. It is also possible to block Facebook’s social plugins by using an add-on for the browser like for example the “Facebook Blocker”.


9.     +1 Button by Google+

9.1. The Offeror uses the "+1" button of the social network Google+, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The plugins are identifiable by the "+1 " on a white or colored background. When a user visits a web page of this offer, which contains such a button the browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Google. The content of the “+1” button is transmitted from Google directly to their browsers which embeds the latter into the website. The Offeror therefore has no influence on the amount of data that Google collects through the button.

9.2. According to Google, no personal information is collected without clicking on the button. Only for logged in members such data, including the IP address, is collected and processed. 10.  Users of Twitter buttons and AddThis

10.1.      The Platform uses the Twitter service buttons. These buttons are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. They are identified by words such as “Twitter” or “sequence”, perhaps linked with a stylized blue bird recognizable. By using the buttons it is possible to contribute a page of this offering to share it on Twitter or to follow the Offeror on Twitter.

10.2.      When a user visits a web page this website which contains such a button, the browser establish a direct connection with the Twitter servers. The content of the Twitter buttons is transmitted from Twitter directly to the user's browser. The Offeror has therefore no influence on the amount of data that Twitter gathered by the plugin and informs the user according to his knowledge. After this the IP address of the user is only transmitted with the URL of each website to the terms of the buttons, but not for other purposes, as the appearance of the buttons used. 10.3.      This website contains "Addthis" plugins that allow visitors the settings of bookmarks or the sharing of interesting website content. "Addthis" uses also cookies. The generated data (such as time of use or browser language) will be transmitted to the Add This LLC in the USA and will be processed there. For further information on data processing by Add This LLC and maintained by the Add This LLC Privacy Policy can be found at This website contains information on the nature of the processed data and its use. Processing of the data concerned by the Offeror does not occur. 11.  Amazon Affiliate Program

11.1.      The Offeror is a participant in the affiliate program of Amazon Inc. by means of which advertising fees can be earned by placing advertisements and links. Amazon can reconstruct with the help of cookies the origin of the orders. Among other things, Amazon can see that the user clicked the affiliate link on this Platform.

13.  Disqus

13.2.      Disqus allows the login either over own Disqus account ("Account"), or any existing user accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus. 13.3.      Disqus provides to the Offeror the e-mail address of the user and the IP address that was used during the entry of a comment.
